  • The Service Owner/Service Manager knows the world of operations and production environments; he/she coordinates the teams and supports team members.

Main role:


  • o
Driving daily operations and Service Level Management for their service(s) in coordination with SDM
  • o
Following backlog (inc/change)
  • o
Analyzing proactively out of line situations and prioritizing with SDM/CDE.
  • o
Providing technical leadership in the operational matrix across practices
  • o
Actively looking for opportunities to automate and innovate their service(s)
  • o
Analysing out of line events to prevent problems and share lessons learned
  • o
Leading major crisis with all technical team in charge of incidents (1&2 levels)
  • o
Leading technical team on a day-to-day basis
  • o
Supporting CDE/SDM culture of quality & continuous improvement
  • o
Monitoring workload and performance of individual resources supporting service(s)
  • o
Leading competency management, skills assessment and development
