Inegnico is looking or a Partner Management Digitalization Intern to work as part of our EMEA Business Operations team.

With support from our Partner Operations Manager, you will implement a digital process/tool to simplify the management of our industrial partners throughout the region, as well as facilitate the communication of the associated stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • Mastery of Microsoft Office 36
  • Interst in learning new IT systems and their impact on key business processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of databases and JIRA is desirable.
  • Working towards an IT related degree

In this role you will:


  • Collect and analyze field data from our industrial partners in EMEA like failure reports
  • Assist in updating documentation
  • Propose and implement a digital tool / process to drive information flow based on MS Sharepoint and Office 365/Power Platform tools
  • Participate in change management with operational staff once the solution has been implemented.

This new platform, limited to internal use, will have as deliverables:

  • Catalog of partners and their capabilities across the region,
  • Onboarding management of our industrial partners
  • Management of Training and Certifications of our partners
  • Management of Quarterly Reviews and associated Actions.
  • Management of contractual files (Contracts, Catalogs, etc.)
