Your team

You will join the Retail Services team in Volvo Group Digital & IT, a high performing multicultural team, working agile, passionate by delivering business value to our end-users, the Volvo Group dealerships.

We are a global team mainly located in France and China.
We cannot wait to welcome our new intern

Your mission

As a digital consultant in our team, you will support us to improve our documentation management on our product by adopting a co-creation approach.

The documentation in the scope of your internship covers many areas: team processes, product functional and technical documentation, project documents, business communication

AS IS Description
Deliver an inventory of the current documentation and its usage

TO BE Definition

Propose a target documentation management

TO BE Delivery

Manage the implementation

You will perform user interviews and you will drive ideation workshops to co-create the target with our team.
To do so you will benefit from the support of an experimented team in design thinking approaches.

Thanks to this mission you will develop the following competences

Design thinking including ideation workshop facilitation

Digital adoption

You will discover the Volvo Group and contribute to our digital transformation journey.

Who are you?

Student in a business school (EM, IAE,) or an engineering school looking for a 3monthsinternship (+/ 1 month)
Curious and creative
Wellorganized, rigorous and proactive
Strong communicator
Team player
Fluent in English
