This role will be a senior leader in the Dover Imaging and Identification Segment. Oversee via a project management, product marketing and engineering team, all new product opportunities or enhancements of existing products through the phases from concept to launch and implementation leveraging a scalable agile methodology
Oversee the creation of market needs, product requirements and building of financial models to support new programs for these markets
Ensure alignment of product road maps and post launch activities with product development schedules, preproduction, production schedules, sales and marketing and company strategy
Collaborate across Global Engineering , Compliance, IP, and program management teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field. Masters" degree preferred
