Description

You will join the central treasury of the group (ArcelorMittal Treasury SNC), which is responsible for the global cash and financing centralization, as well as the overall risk management.

Missions

Responsibility for execution of capital markets transactions including analysis, recommendation, roadshows, negotations with banks.
Significant interaction with rating agencies, banks, external lawyers.
Analysis and presentation of group funding plan.
Flexibility to work on other funding projects (decarbonization in particular, even when no capital markets are required.
Capital markets execution analysis, recommendation, roadshows, negotations with banks. Significant interaction with rating agencies, banks, external lawyers.
Prepare detailed financial models, committee papers and adhoc presentations.
Contribute to communication with the debt community.

Profile

Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in capital markets with a bank and/or large company.
The person works with bankers, lawyers, investors in many countries (UK, US, France, Germany, Belgium, etc.) and with subsidiaries all over the world, so an understanding of cultural differences is required.
Excellent English essential, due to the need to review legal contracts.
Very strong negotiation skills and an indepth understanding of banking, financial markets, and corporate finance are crucial.
