THE TEAM


Within the E-Business & Client Department, the E-Commerce Growth Coordinator will be responsible for defining the E-commerce on-site reporting plan and share insights to internal business partners, ensuring efficient product catalogue time to market and sustaining international turnover thru sourcing new short-term revenue channels and identifying top of the market providers.

He/She will build competitive and gap-analysis and define online action plans that they will project manage across the ecosystem of internal stakeholders and external providers.

He/She will work closely with the E-business teams, Product Innovation, Sustainability, Logistics, 3P provider teams. Lastly, the role will support the E-Business team in the definition of the online DTC shift roadmap.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce On-site metrics reporting, benchmarking & insights (35%)

  • Monitor and report the Ecommerce onsite/mobile funnel KPIs suite on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with Product Innovation Team to define monthly and yearly KPIs targets
  • Liaise with regions to collect comp intelligence, create industry benchmarks & project, manage the F&A intelligence report on a quarterly basis. Update Chloé competitive database on a monthly basis.
  • During monthly 360 Ebusiness & operations reviews present key Ecom Onsite results, insights & projects progress to regions COMEX
  • Collect and send reports on omnichannel sales to the regions on a monthly basis
  • Ensure reliability of figures liaising with data providers

Growth project management (35%)

  • Manage friends & family sales from forecast, design to execution
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities for the direct Ecommerce channel P&L
  • Screen and source new business providers and catalogue them into a database
  • In partnership with the Ebusiness & dev analyst, build Business cases and define project use case including scope, sales opportunity, temporality, ROI
  • Collaborate within Chloé with Digital department & other teams to evaluate project feasibility/efficiency and pitch project to internal stakeholders
  • Conduct RFPs and negotiate rates with providers
  • Define project RACI & collaboration plan and be accountable for project's delivery within time & budget
  • Lead and/or collaborate on execution depending on what's required, track performance & ROI and provide recommendations on next steps (go/no go/ scale etc )
  • Register & manage providers billing

Digital operations (30%)

  • In partnership with the Ebusiness analyst, forecast transactions & returns per country on a monthly basis across ebusiness ecosystem (OFS & marketplace)
  • Set yearly Operational KPIs & SLAs targets for ecosystem of providers
  • Monitor & report Operational KPIs & SLAs on a Biweekly basis (product publication, cancellation rate ) and Compensation scheme
  • Forecast & update operational costs across Ebusiness ecosystem and manage invoicing
  • Track/report on postpurchase NPS per market on a monthly basis
  • Conduct gapanalysis vs industry standards to improve performance and lead streams to seek resolution in collaboration with internal & external partners (i.e. Logistics team)
  • Packaging & stationary:
  • Collaborate on strategy definition, execution & guidelines (benchmarks/providers/costs & sustainability impacts/image )
  • Create forecasting methodology, consolidate WW consumption & track production
