Vos principales missions seront:

Gérer l'accueil physique et téléphonique pour ERICO France.
Gestion du parc automobile
Assister les Opérations ( vêtement de travail, anomalie pointage ),
Assister les RH (Gestion des temps/ badges)
Gestion des factures fournisseurs
Organiser les évènements ponctuels (réservation hôtel/restaurant/taxis/salles)
Gestion des fournitures de bureaux

Compétences requises:

Anglais (écrit et parlé) obligatoire
Maitrise du pack Office + M
Gestion des priorités
Polyvalence et savoir gérer plusieurs sujets en même temps
Réelle aptitudes relationnelles et sens du service.
Gestion de la confidentialité / discrétion
