Description de la mission

Context / Role / Responsibilities:

We are looking for a
Senior Planner M/F for our historical client TOTAL Energies.


Context:
As part of the acceleration plan for energy savings decided by Company COMEX, all Refining & Chemical (RC) sites worldwide have identified 250+ projects to be carried out over

RC sites lead the projects.

OneTech technical lines with its disciplines (Process engineering, Equipment Technology, Operations,) are mobilized to provide technical project development support to the sites, to simplify & standardize designs (good practices, lessons learnt), and thereby maximizing technical synergies cross sites to avoid losing time.


Within OneTech, we are currently mobilizing a Task Force with the primary mission to identify synergies between all the RC projects likely to save time.


This Task Force would be made up of an Architect, a Project / Turn Around profile and a Senior planner.

The context is technically complex with local brownfield content and organization wise complex with numerous stakeholders at different sites and within different entities.


The project needs to be developed in a fast-paced mode with low CAPEX & OPEX to support the development economics and enable FID, and 'ready for start-up' in , while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Task Force management for all matters related to scheduling, progress & reporting, and to manage all these activities in close coordination with RC sites, stakeholders and/or contractor(s).
  • Work in close cooperation with the stakeholders, to develop and study various schedules scenarios for during development phases with earliest date, as main driver
  • Develop the integrated project portfolio schedule with the various interfaces: other RC projects on site and site Turn Around activities executed jointly or concurrently in each site, and to review and challenge the schedule issued by RC site and the contractor(s).
  • Participate in preparation of various CFT with regards to schedule, reporting and WBS.
  • Liaise with HQ planning department to seek advice and support as and when required.
  • Develop, implement and maintain procedures, means and tools in order to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control and reporting activities across the Task force and RC sites.
  • Update, complete and review weekly and monthly reports structures complying with internal Task Force needs.
  • Timely report to global ESP project lead, highlighting progress, opportunities and encountered areas of concern.
  • Gather "Lessons Learnt" related to scheduling, progress control, reporting matters and provide feedback to the team, partners & TotalEnergies organisation as required.

Profil recherché


You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent, and have a minimum of 10-20 years' experience in
Planning on Refining & Chemical projects, within the Oil &Gas Industry.

Perfect knowledge of
Primavera required.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferably you have experience in major shutdowns.

English & French required.
