Your role


As a FP&A director, your role should be a business partner for the entire organization, working closely with various business units, and a strategic advisor to the CFO and the Executive team.

You will help leaders of the finance department maintain and mitigate additional costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings and investment.

You are also focused on recording and reporting financial results and leveraging historical financial data to extrapolate future sales and earnings.


On a fast growth context, you will make sure that data are available on a day to day basis, that will help you to move from reactive work to providing insightful predictions ands analytics that directly influence the business's direction.


Key missions

  • Assist in the reporting and validation of company's financial and operational performance
  • Assist in developing company and departmental business plans and financial and operational forecasts
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of budget monitoring tools for specific business area(s). Perform indepth variance analysis on revenue and expense items, and work with business units to meet plan/budgetary objectives
  • Dig into data and perform analysis to provide insights into current and future expected performance. Perform ad hoc analyses using internal and external financial and operational data
  • Build simple to intermediate level financial models and projections. Set up relevant and efficient KPIs definition and followup
  • Perform & assist the monthly reports (board preparation) and closing process in close connection with accounting team
  • Run and supervise also the financial audit (external or internal)
  • Run improvement projects, process, data tools / BI implementation within Finance. Update regularly the company BP along with all Europe entities.

What we are looking for

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in Finance with at least one successful FP&A experience. You understand specific operational areas within SaaS B2B Company.
  • You have financial modeling experience (Product pricing and profitability, progral or business unit profitability, building financial and business cases). You use business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision making related to new initiatives, products and business opportunities.
  • You have excellent Excel & Google Sheet skills. You have already worked with ERP, billing systems, revenue management and CRM systems.
  • You are a highenergy, detailoriented individual with a passion for finance, accounting. Through your previous experiences, you have developed strong problem solving skills.
  • You are driven by deadlines, results and excellence, thrive in a fastpaced environment and embrace change
  • You are focused on providing high quality financial and operational results and can quickly develop crossfunctional relationships to help drive the overall strategic initiatives of the business
  • You have a solid understanding of European GAAP & IFRS
  • You have a strong relationshipbuilding skills demonstrated by the ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
  • You are able to understand and articulate complex financial information in a concise manner
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
