TU also has private label capabilities.

This position offer short term contract.

Job purpose

Global TUE projects coordination:

Coordinate INNO/Extension/Industrial transfer projects launches with all stakeholders
Reports and classifies all group projects to identify risks/bottleneck (R&D saturation, workload )
Lead Technical Innovation Meeting ( TIM)

attendees:
Markets Supply Chain Director, QA director, Industrial director, Finance, projects leaders

Control TUE1 Portfolio through innovation funnel
Be the gate keeper of NPD/EPD process and ensure that all projects follow the process & the governance
Ensure following continuous improvements of our key processes, governance & tools
Train/assist project leaders on TUE process and project management
Lead the local Activity Manager Community

Projects Operation Management (in close relation TUE support specially R&D teams):

Be the link between plants and markets for all project type
Be Central Supply Chain team as a representative and TUE facilitator for finished products Portfolio Management.
Advises on feasibility
Coordinates transversal activities around projects
Identifies and anticipates risks
Guides project leader through supply operations
Ensures compliance to group processes
Develops and implements tools and KPIs

Clarizen (NPD tool):

Be Clarizen Key user (train others, adjust tool and process to business needs )
Ensure properly use of the tool
Role of PMO (Project Management Office)

Master Data Management (in collaboration with Planning team/ plants and SAP teams):

Owner of finished products Master Data
Maintains Central Master Data
Allow creation of new SKU

Profile

Master's degree
Fluent English
Knowledge of S&OP process
Project Management
Good communication skills
Collaborative spirit
