**P**erformance Measurement, you will be in charge to**

Use the adequate cost model to calculate the technical cost of the Product

Detect the most important cost drivers of the Product

Propose improvements of the design to reduce the technical and Industrial cost.

Promote the cost culture in the Engineering team

Provide the cost breakdown of the Product

Negotiation support for Sourcing Team

**Responsibilities**

Based on the Design of the Product and several assumptions (industrial, sourcing):

- Develop costing tools for the costing network
- Calculate the technical cost (Should Cost / Could Cost) of the Product by using the appropriated tool
- Ensure that the Product is fully feasible
- Check the industrial process
- Ensure the consistency of the assumptions

Contribute to the improvement of the Costing métier
- To be a referent on a process or a family of product
- Generate and formalize Design To Cost Ideas
- Formalize the saving opportunities
- Support technical business cases
- Way of working
- Share the feedback coming from the supplier
- Propose design rules to Métiers
- Involvement in network (REX, practices, etc

**Required skills & competencies**
Overall knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications,)
Industrial Process knowledge (segmentation of the industrial processes, pros and cons per processes, method time awareness)
Knowledge of quality gates (V-Cycle)
Knowledge of Engineering tools (DMA/CATIA/E3S/IGE XAO)
Costing knowledge (Should Cost / Could Cost)
Fluent in English
Pack Office Knowledge
Good Entrepreneurship
Very good agility and collaboration
Dynamic, proactive and autonomy
Self-learning
