What you do
Reporting to the Head of Product Planning and Innovation, the Optimization & Innovation Manager is responsible for supporting the Travel Line of Business (LOB) strategy, ensuring the geographic expansion of the
optimization capabilities and innovations.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Scale up the tools and strategy from the US to other regions
- Identify and onboard relevant partners to optimization solutions
- Monitor and analyze the performance KPIs to continuously provide test recommendations
- Ensure the delivery of the LOB innovation strategy and coordinate the deployment
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Services, Transformation Office, OM, New Models and Product Owners to ensure communication, alignment and delivery of the LOB priorities, including the expansion of the geographic footprint of innovations with regions and BUs
- Ensure the development of our solutions meets Partners' and customers' expectations
- Support crossLOB projects to ensure the scalability to the Travel LOB
Other Responsibilities Include to:
- Support product innovation deployment
- Contribute to transversal innovative projects with New Models and other LOBs
- Support customer experience improvement
- Support the Sales community to generate new leads with Business Partners and prepare for RFPs, renewals, etc.
What you bring
Master's degree in Marketing or related field or a combination of relevant education and work experience
5-10 years of proven results through an employment history
Ability to work in a complex and international environment
Fluency in English is a must. French or German is appreciated
Prior experience in the insurance and travel industry preferred
