Our common goal
For our French showroom in Paris, we are looking for a receptionist/office manager f/m/d.
An apprenticeship at Vitra offers you the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity right from the start You will get to know the different departments and their activities, you will be in contact with customers and members of the Vitra team on a daily basis and you will have the opportunity to actively participate in numerous projects.
You will be regularly confronted with new challenges that will help you develop your talents.What you can expect
- Reception of customers both physically and by telephone
- Keeping the showroom in perfect order
- Managing the showroom: inventory, ordering supplies, contacting suppliers
- Booking taxis, trains and planes for business trips
- Managing post: sending documentation and samples
- Management of the samples stock

- You have a good knowledge of IT tools and are comfortable with office software
