  • The propose of the job is to support and develops Alstom's brand in line with the company's strategy and communicates its products, innovations, and people by carrying out audiovisual projects according to the yearly plan

By audiovisual we mean:
photos, videos, 3D visuals, infographics._


_Key accountabilities:
_

- _Manage and update the audiovisual assets within the DAM._
- _Ensures the availability of audiovisual assets with proper informations to stakeholders_
- _Manage organisation, shooting, validation and availability of audiovisual projects, according to plans and budget._
- _Manage and share the shooting planning._
- _Coms tools contributions (activity report, corporate presentation, customer newsletter ), tenders' submission comm package by providing relevant audiovisual material._
- _External events contributions: rail shows, press conferences, speakers' support, shareholders assembly, by providing relevant audiovisual material._
- _Press contribution: Provides specific adapted audiovisual content to journalists (press corner) and social media to support the external communications._
- _Works out and maintains audiovisual guidelines and processes (graphic guidelines, production guidelines and references) to accompany regions and functions autonomy._
- _Video editing if needed._
- _Photo shooting if needed._
- _Competition audiovisual benchmark_
- _Propose new ideas for new public (Gen Z ) and new format for social network (photo x Insta - short videos for Insta, twitter _


_Performance measurements:
_

- _On time/on budget availability/launch of audiovisual solutions_
- _The existence of a consistent and updated audiovisual portfolio._
- _The implementation of strategic messages into audiovisual_
- _The number of views and uploads of videos and pictures _
- _The quality of storage and easy access to the assets_
- _The global quality of videos and pictures produced (form and content)_


_Profile:
_

- _Graduates from a communication, journalism or Audiovisual school._
- _Minimum 2/3 years of experience in communication._
- _Excellent English written & oral._
