We are searching for an incredible CENTRE OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR to join us at Chateau de Grande Romaine, our beautiful activity centre near Paris.


Reporting to the General Manager, the role is responsible for providing the General Manager with centre performance data and metrics to inform operational priorities, decisions and corrective actions.

Support the centre's department heads in the administration of finance and systems to ensure they are focused on delivering customer experience excellence.


THE ROLE

  • To provide administrative and management support to the Managing Director, Executive Board and Leadership Team.
  • Draw data from a variety of sources to create regular reports for the Managing Director on performance and monitoring of Balance Scorecard KPIs.
  • Consolidate and analyse customer feedback on a weekly basis, reporting trends and insights, to inform investigations and action plans.
  • Assist the Managing Director in monitoring health and safety performance, including the reporting and resolution of incidents and accidents.
  • Liaise with the central finance team to escalate and resolve centre financial issues.
  • Provide data, analysis and reports on centre performance to the Managing Director.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Fluent French (C1 minimum)
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience of data entry and analysis
  • Experience of data confidentiality and management of sensitive information
