We recently released HUMANKIND, a historical strategy epic where players combine cultures and lead their people from the Bronze to the Modern age.
We're also well known for our critically acclaimed ENDLESS series, played by millions worldwide, including ENDLESS Space, ENDLESS Legend, Dungeon of the ENDLESS, and ENDLESS Space 2.
Our close relationship with the community is a core feature of the studio's philosophy.
We're proud of the way we create games together with our players via Games2Gether, our custom-built community platform that enables our community to play a key role in the creation of our games at every stage of development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Development supervision by providing support to the Audio, R&D and DevOps teams
- Schedules' / Planning elaboration and monitoring, tasks prioritization
- Coordination within the different members of the team (Audio, R&D and DevOps)
- Scrum meeting animation
- Outsourcing management in collaboration with other Producers/Associate Producers
Required experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in video game industry in a similar or relevant position
Required skills and profile
- Fluent in English and in French
- Skills in project coordination and management (organization, milestones setting, prioritization, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a large variety of profiles
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Passionate about strategy games / videogames
- Attention to details and organizational skills

Detail du poste:
En tant qu'Associate Producer, vous serez en charge de:
- Superviser le bon developpement des jeux en apportant le soutien necessaire aux equipes de production Audio, R&D et DevOps.
- L'elaboration et le suivi des plannings ainsi que de la priorisation des tâches des equipes.
- La coordination au sein des differents membres de l'equipe (Audio, R&D et DevOps).
- L'animation des reunions scrum
- La gestion de l'externalisation en collaboration avec les autres chef(fe)s de projet.
Experience requise
- BAC+3 minimum avec une specialisation Management/Gestion de projet
- 3 ans d'experience minimum dans l'industrie du jeux video, à un poste equivalent ou similaire.
Profil recherche
- Anglais et Français courant
- Competences en matière de coordination et gestion de projet (organisation, delais, gestion des priorites, etc.)
