Senior Program Manager
You collaborate physically and virtually with Program Managers from our Device Solutions, Networks and Outcomes organizations.

You lead international core teams involving diverse departments:
R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.

You make sure that the company goals are met by sharing best practices, anticipating risks, and supporting the resolution of business challenges.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • You will own the program from initiation through program execution exit, once the product is in volume production including planning and directing schedules, maintaining budget/spending and ensuring the project meets the intended business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate project information, formulations, and specifications.
  • Lead teams across all aspects of a successful product development throughout all development phases.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to create and review specifications and finished products as needed as well as with product management for feature and change request management.
  • Plan and execute project milestones with cross functional teams including personnel in Quality, Product Management, Procurement, Operations, and Finance on new product development and product technical issues; lead collaboration in an international team.
  • Ensure information flows through reporting, proactive escalation of issues, and cross functional collaboration
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Preferred skills and experience:


  • Master's degree in engineering, ideally completed with an MBA and PMP/PMI certification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex Projects/Programs related to hardware technologies (mechanical and embedded / firmware systems).
  • Comfortable in a multinational matrix environment with globally distributed, virtual teams.
  • Leadership experience delivering on time, on quality, on cost programs able to clearly articulate business cases. Comfortable with C level executives.
  • Strong problem solving and risk mitigation experience.
  • Experience with data driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and French.
  • Readiness to travel up to 20%.
