Job Description:


You will become part of the
Product Marketing team based in Paris, and you'll work closely with Victor, head of the team, who will ensure you have all the tools for success.

The
Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving both the company's growth and Sociabble's evolution. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Product.

As the primary marketing expert for Sociabble's product, you will take the lead in crafting the narrative, positioning, and sales strategy for specific product features within the Sociabble platform.


You will**:

  • Establish yourself as a
    gotomarket expert,
    internally and
    externally, for Sociabble, with a focus on specific product features (e.g., Sociabble Enterprise videos, newsletters, AI, etc.). Your role will entail driving revenue growth for the specific gotomarket segment you oversee.
  • Participate in the development and expansion of the
    Sales Enablement strategy and materials. Influence the narrative and educate the sales and customer success teams on how to effectively present and sell your gotomarket feature. Attend clientfacing meetings to demonstrate our product and gather feedback from potential and current customers.
  • Formulate effective
    gotomarket strategies for new and existing features. Define marketing and sales channels, establish business targets, analyze the competitive landscape, shape the pricing strategy, outline market positioning and key differentiators.
  • Collaborate with
    crossfunctional teams to create comprehensive communication campaigns that clearly communicate the product's value and functionality. This involves developing social media and ad campaigns, landing pages, SEO positioning, and more. You'll work closely with the marketing team to bring these initiatives to life.
  • Play a key role in
    boosting product and feature adoption. Collaborate with the Knowledge team to offer the right training to endusers and implement targeted popups and notifications to increase awareness of new features.

Co-organize events, including webinars, training sessions, workshops, beta tester launches, and tutorials, aimed at promoting Sociabble to both current and potential clients.

Monitor the performance and
business impact. Foster a sense of urgency within various teams, gather KPIs and track different touchpoints, monitor the sales deals, and conduct frequent updates with various stakeholders to make necessary strategy adjustments.


Qualifications:


  • You have a
    solid background in product marketing (over 2 years), showcasing your ability to position and promote products effectively.
  • You possess a
    strong salesoriented mindset, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with sales teams, understand customer needs, and drive product adoption.
  • You have the sharp eye of a marketer, coupled with a keen attention to detail. You excel in offering efficient and precise feedback on various marketing deliverables, including visuals, blog posts, sales decks, and landing pages, among others.
  • You possess excellent
    organizational skills. Your proactive and rigorous approach allows you to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to
    adapt and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will need to be able to convince and drive impact both internally and externally.
  • You demonstrate a high degree of
    autonomy in managing the communication plan, training, and revenue generation for specific product features. And you are excited about it
  • You're adept at using AI tools like ChatGPT for refining, crafting, modifying, generating ideas, and more
