Rebalance Tech is a start-up specializing in the development of an innovative device (Rebalance Impulse) that fights chronic stress, reduces sleep disorders, and improves well-being.
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the COO.
We are currently looking for a fast-paced Executive Assistant to join our team based in Sophia Antipolis with the possibility of being relocated to Dubai.
Missions
Managing the COO's agenda, organizing meetings, coordinating travel
Assisting in creating and editing social network content (Instagram, Linkedin)
Responsible for training customers in the use of the machine.
Collaborate with the external HR on recruitment, establishment of employment contracts, hiring declarations and monitoring of trial periods.
Profile
Fluent in french and english.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or personal assistant
You have strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
Passionate, enthusiastic and smiling person.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
