Position Overview:

FlexAI is seeking a talented and proactive Backend/SRE Engineer to join our innovative team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure and DevOps processes that support the development and deployment of FlexAI's purpose-built AI compute solutions.

Here's your canvas:

Design, implement, and maintain backend infrastructure to support AI model development, training, and deployment.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery and automated testing.
Implement and manage containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable and reliable deployment.
Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the reliability and availability of backend services.
Manage and automate infrastructure as code (IaC) processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices in system and data security.

You'll thrive with us if you have these elements:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Backend/SRE Engineer, with a focus on AIrelated projects.
Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Bash).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure services.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing methodologies.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
