• Creating & gaining buyin for the plan for your approach to deliver sourcing
• Building strong relationships with your team
• Screening applicants to produce a long list(includes telephone screening)
• Talking Hiring Managers / Recruiters through long list

You can progress upwards into a Talent Partner or Talent Acquisition Manager role managing projects and/or projects, or across into our consultancy division to become a project and strategy consultant.

Role Requirements

• Being knowledgeable about company & roles offered by the client's business
• Utilising and maintainingthe ATS and any other client/project system
• Writing updates and analysing relevant business data
• Complying withour company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction
• Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires coworkers and clients to grow the business

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven success in a Sourcer or Recruitment Coordinator role
• Deep passion for hands on recruitment and keen sourcing capability
• Charisma in this role your charm and winning personality will be a huge factor in your success
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• ATS & sourcing tools usage experience/knowledge (platforms not important)
• Problem-Solving capability
• Selfmotivated approach
• Teamwork little room in a growing company for 'lone wolves' and in this role ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company will be key
