The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:

Graduated from top Business/Engineering School or master's degree
Minimum 10 experience of renewable and or energy markets
Language: French & English.
Excellent understanding of the functioning of the Company's governance
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Operational followup
Strong and proven customer management skills and operation at senior contact levels.
Lead project management experience and proven skills including across functions and business cultures.
Strong analytical, modelling and risk skills / Good knowledge of Excel, other MSFT

The CCO is working in close collaboration with the Director of Asset & Countries REG, bringing a day-to-day support to ensure delivery of the business, with a focus on

Preparation of the dossier
Support Asset & Regulated Countries MDs in the preparation of their dossiers (presentations, notes, risk matrices, etc.) for the approval of projects in the Company's Committees,
Coordinate the planning of all committees for the Direction in interface with REN/Transactions & Finance department
Provides secretarial support for the governance bodies of the Direction (Executive Committee, Investment Committee).
Monitors actions defined by these committees
Prepares memos and summary notes as requested by the Management.
Organization of g strategic intelligence activities in collaboration with the Strategy Department.
Conducts strategic, competitive and regulator watch
Develops and analyzes benchmarks pertaining to local practices vs. Company's requirements
Coordinates internal notes, preparation of management meetings, etc.
Deployment of policies and initiatives such as development plans, document management, H3SE, Better Together, TTE Survey, Cyber security, ensuring an homogeneity within the Direction and providing support to MDs
Coordinates and follows strategic files on management demand

REN Business Unit:
REN is TotalEnergies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewable projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, offgrid energy, storage.
Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables by 2030 (end of April 2023 baseline : 18,2 GW)
A new REN organization is being defined in 2023, including the merge with REN and TEREN teams, focusing on the delivery of this strategic objective; as such, the creation of the position requires a focus on a smooth and efficient integration of the Direction.
