Service Delivery Manager (SDM), needed for a 12-month project paying €580 a day, The ideal Service delivery manager will have years' experience in a similar position and would be responsible for owning a complete business platform, working with various tech support teams to minimize impact to business due to any issues or downtimes.
The SDM would help run WAR rooms for critical incidents, provide inputs on prioritizing tasks based on business impact, and be overall in charge of the RUN aspect for his/her business platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure business continuity
- Critical incident management
- Work with business and support teams to identify phases with higher support requirements and ensure these are handled with minimum or no impact to business
- Ensure all critical issues are followed upon and communication sent to all impacted teams regularly
Skills
- High customer orientation and should be able to work with multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Willingness and ability to work in global delivery model, with offshore teams, to provide transition to such teams

Rate -580 EUR/DAY
