As part of our
Finance department, your main responsabilities will be to:
Ensure the compliance of transfer pricing of the Group with tax regulations of different countries and its adequate financial documentation

Ensure that intercompany transactions are systematically controlled and reconciled.


Your main activities:


In cooperation with the Legal Department, you will participate to the definition and formalization of Transfer pricing policy of the Group

  • Annual update of the Master file of the Group and Local files of the entities
  • Organize adaptation of the Group rules to the new regulations provided by the Legal department
  • Interface with tax experts in different countries to cover the missions of the position
  • Prepare all the financial information necessary for correct calculation of transfer prices (analytical split of P&L of the entities, calculation of margins)
  • Verify that the transfer prices applied by the entities are consistent with the Group rules.
  • Prepare the calculation of service fees of Corporate functions and their rebilling to the subsidiaries

Control and reconcile intercompany operations

  • Improve, streamline & homogenize the intercompany declaration and reconciliation process of the group
  • Implement and maintain a reconciliation tool
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions monthly, build a strong and accurate intercompany elimination database

Master's degree in finance, accounting or audit

  • Ideally 3 years' successful experience in financial department of an international company (ideally a first experience relative to international taxes or transfer pricing) or in audit firm
  • International exposure and capacity to work with different cultures
  • Strong interest for international tax topics and transfer pricing
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong personal organization & rigor
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, everchanging environment
  • Strong IT skills
