Senior
Admission Manager for its client.

Our client is seeking an Senior Admission Manager for one of its schools in Paris to strengthen its teams.


Your missions:


  • Inform parents about the programs offered, the admission procedure, the admission requirements and the fees.
  • Interview students and parents to understand their objectives and background.
  • Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, open days and information sessions.
  • Develop innovative communication strategies, campaigns and recruitment programs.
  • Participate in all recruitment events: open houses and information sessions, school visits and offcampus events.
  • Maintain a CRM database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
  • Provide reports on a weekly basis on leads, visits and enrolment numbers.

Profile required:


  • Bilingual English level (Native Speaking).
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Very good knowledge of the private education field.
  • Proven temperament for commercial functions, resultsoriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Business school training and CRM knowledge.
  • About the position : based in Paris. 1 full time role and 1 parttime role.
