Le Valeo Mobility Tech Center de Créteil (94) recherche un.e Assistant.e de Direction pour sa Direction Internationale Recherche & Développement.


Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

  • Organisation et suivi des déplacements internationaux (réservation dans l'outil, procédures administratives type visa, planification du voyage sur place)
  • Gestion d'agendas complexes, avec organisation de la logistique des réunions (audio, visioconférence)
  • Gestion des notes de frais et des ordres d'achats (PO=Purchase Order)
  • Support à l'organisation d'événements
  • Participation ponctuelle à des projets/activités transverses


Parlons de vous - Titulaire d'un diplôme BTS Assistant de Direction ou équivalent- Vous avez une première expérience significative au sein d'un grand groupe internationale- Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais ; l'allemand est un plus.

- Maîtrise du Pack Office et/ou de la suite Google- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication et aimez travailler dans un environnement International- Vous êtes
