Near is looking for a sales lead account manager, who will be in charge of consolidating the relationships with our strategic customers.

You will lead a team of several account managers, and your objective will be to accompany them on a daily basis.

Our sales lead will report to the VP sales & business development of Near EU.

A Day in the Life:


  • As a team lead, you will guide your team in the daytoday organization
  • You will help your team to develop their customer portfolio and to get in touch with key contacts among our prospects in multiple industries
  • You will ensure that Near's customers receive the best possible followup to maximize retention rates
  • You set up framework agreements with our largest customers
  • You develop Near's turnover by developing the commercialization of our new products
  • You collect feedback from your contacts and forward it to the management to make the product evolve in line with the market expectations
  • You set up and maintain the reporting tools necessary to follow up the activity of your team

Requirements:


What you bring to the Role:

  • You have the "commercial fiber": You are an expert in the art of establishing partnerships with key accounts. You have at least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • You are passionate about digital marketing: you have already successfully sold innovative digital marketing products to advertisers or agencies and have a strong adtech culture
  • You are a team player: you know how to motivate a team and get the best out of each of them
  • You have a resultsoriented culture: you are committed and like to see the impact of your action on a daily basis. You are autonomous and looking for responsibilities
  • You are fluent in English: you want to interact with colleagues around the world
  • You want to join an emerging startup. You want to participate in an exciting human adventure and be directly responsible for building your team
