- Arrange travel (flights, train, hotel, taxi, medical appointment) in accordance with the Global Travel Policy (PO-GL-HR-028).
- Arrange visas applications in accordance with countries process requirements.
- Assist the Executive Assistant to organize special events such as team building, workshops, and internal inductions,
- Assist the Executive Assistant for administrative matters (Sharepoint, DocuSign, Hexaware, Expenses, IT purpose, office supplies, etc ....).
- Arrange facilities (office/workspace) and IT requirements (set up accounts/hardware/software) .
- Support the Executive Assistant to set up and maintain the SCM SharePoint Site (structure & documents).
- Support the Executive Assistant to maintain Group Permissions access to SCM Projects and Tenders
- Assist the Executive Assistant to organize special events such as team building, workshops, and internal inductions.
- Organize set up of new starters and leavers including management of distribution lists,
- Arrange/attend meetings: room bookings, invitations, refreshments, preparation of documents and agendas, equipment set-up, minutes, action tracking, as required.
- Have a good knowledge and practice on software and relevant business applications (Microsoft Pack Office, SharePoint, SAP Fiori, Hexaware, 7Online, Service Now, etc ....).

The Junior Executive Assistant apprentice will be supporting all Supply Chain Management administrative and secretarial tasks.
