Reporting to the EMEA Operations & Supply Chain Performance Manager, you will set up a control tower to evaluate the Operations and Supply Chain performance indicators for the 18 plants and laboratories in the EMEA region.

Through your analyses, you will help to improve customer satisfaction and plant productivity, optimize Operations and Supply Chain costs, and measure the implementation of strategic objectives and decisions taken by the EMEA management team.

As an analyst supporting the Operations and Supply Chain Performance EMEA manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's Operations and Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities will include collecting, formatting and analyzing data, calculating performance indicators and generating dashboards, managing service improvement projects, and participating in initiatives to improve Operations efficiency and Supply Chain performance.


Main responsibilities:


  • Data processing: Collecting (Data extraction), structuring (Data crunching), analyzing and interpreting data from different systems (ERPs, MES, TMS, Sharepoint) or other sources.
  • Set up a control tower (KPI / tools) to monitor performance indicators, the optimization of Operations & Supply Chain costs, the implementation of strategic objectives and decisions taken by the EMEA management team.
  • Scorecard and dashboards: periodically (weekly, monthly) update the indicators and dashboards required by the operational teams and the EndtoEnd EMEA management team to monitor the performance of Operations and the Supply Chain.
  • Data analysis : Analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends, potential problems and opportunities for improvement. Initiate adhoc data collection, analysis and investigation to answer internal/external needs.
  • Reports and presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for the EndtoEnd EMEA management team, highlighting key findings, recommendations and KPIs.
  • Service improvement: working with the various data 'owners', IT departments and other stakeholders to make the data collected more reliable and to automate data collection as far as possible.
  • Projects: Collaborate on projects to improve the performance of operations and the EMEA Supply Chain, by proposing areas for improvement and/or providing technical support for data analysis with a view to measuring the implementation of actions. Working with cross functional teams on major productivity/innovation projects. Proposing, designing and directly coordinating action plans to improve performance.

Skills required:


  • You are a graduate of an engineering school with 3 to 5 years of experience if possible in the agri/agro industry
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good level of English required (oral and written).
  • Expert level of Microsoft Office suite and in particular Excel (Formulas, VBA)
  • Mastery of advanced IT tools (BI tools: Power BI, Qlick Sense is a plus), demonstrated ability to Data Mining & Crunching from different systems (ERP, MES, TMS, Sharepoints, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Operations performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Rigorous, proactive, reliable, adaptable.
