Position Overview:

Entrust is looking for a Product Manager to join the Digital Card Solution team. This is an exciting role for Entrust leading our strategic efforts for our growing Digital Card business.

The Product Manager will help translate market insights into product proposals to achieve business goals, monitor technical and regulatory product updates and convert into specifications for R&D.

This individual partners with Marketing, R&D, Sales and Services to help promote, assemble and sell Entrust issuance solutions. This product portfolio includes exciting technologies for cloud and mobile which cover financial markets.

Entrust is investing in transforming our core technology and focused on extending capabilities to include cloud-based services as well as digital issuance and identity solutions.

The Product Manager will support efforts to transform voice of customer and market data into competitive requirements that drive engineering and ultimately deliver products and services with unique value to our customers.

This job requires strong knowledge of financial institution's domain, card & payment, as well as tokenization. It requires technical skills but also creativity and strong capability to listen to the client needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze market trends, competition and new technologies to propose solution updates
  • Contribute to the development of the overall Solution roadmap
  • Convert the needs into technical document product requirements and user stories by interacting with product owner, customers, partner, market influencers and internal stakeholders including sales, services and Engineering teams
  • Monitor the technical and regulatory product updates and convert them into specifications for the R&D team
  • Facilitate daytoday communication with crossfunctional teams to design and deliver high quality solutions.
  • Contribute in developing technical product positioning, technical value proposition definition, and delivering technical presentation material to educate sales, service, clients and partners technical teams
  • Serve as product SME to provide content for marketing and sales tools in cooperation with product marketing (demos, presentations, case studies, white paper, Datasheet, etc.) and adapt them for the target markets.
  • Support sales, implementation, customer support and trade show efforts where appropriate

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial software product management or development
  • Experience working with customers in Agile based customer requirement gathering techniques and methods
  • Knowledge and experience with Web Services, mobile and cloudbased solutions, and good understanding of security and cryptography
  • Knowledge of the financial institutions sector, of cards and payments and tokenization.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Fluently speak French and English

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in mobile, digital solution delivery
  • Experience with banks projects
  • Fast learner with new technologies and concepts
  • Program or project management experience
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and road mapping tools such as JIRA, Microsoft TFS and AHA
  • Experience working with international partners and customers
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills including strong business and technical writing
