- Asan IT Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will be responsible for thetechnical support and 2nd level support of our applications in thecustodian environment, including the crypto custody platform.
- You will analyze and rectify errors and,together with the manufacturers, production and specialistapplication support, ensure the continuous improvement of theapplications and their architecture.
- Performance analyses through proactive application monitoring,including capacity management and service level reporting, are alsoon your agenda.
- You create coherent ITconcepts relating to data processing, authorizations and security,while checking the quality of specialist concepts.
- We know that the conception, implementation anddocumentation of tests are in good hands with you, as are theplanning of releases and the implementation of small IT orders.
- In the course of digitization, you will beresponsible for the expansion of our application monitoringsolutions and will be involved in both test automation anddeployment processes.
- Formulating, adaptingand renewing service agreements such as OLAs and UCs incollaboration with the production operators rounds off your area ofactivity.
- Completed studies in computerscience, business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences orbusiness administration - alternatively a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience inapplication support and/or application development as well as inproject work related to investment banking / capital markets
- Proven expertise in the Linux and Windowsoperating systems as well as in the respective shell scripting
- Proficient in the areas of networking,Google Cloud and relational databases, including SQL queries
- Solid knowledge of banking with advancedknow-how in. Blockchain and cryptocurrencies
- Ideally, you have extensive experience in using IT applicationmanagement tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Automic, cbFlow)
