- Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager to manage the team
- Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z
- Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
- Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
- Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Captain / F&B Supervisor
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of F&B service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded Additional Information
