Danfoss conçoit et distribue des produits assurant le bon fonctionnement et la pérennité des éléments de confort.

Au sein de notre division Commercial Compressors, nous recherchons Un(e) Technicien(ne) Qualité. Poste basé à Trévoux (01).

**Responsibilities**:
Vos missions principales:

- Support qualité du site: plannings, suivis, colis, dérogations, Red Alerts, QRQC etc.
- Blocage des compresseurs sous demande
- Qualité clients: gestion adm pour des clients directes, etc.
- Qualité fournisseurs: suivi des coût de la non-qualité, récupération des crédits, etc.
- Qualité système: support sur le suivi des KPI, logistique interne, etc.

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum Bac+2
- Savoir utiliser le système SAP (IQOS claims et stocks)
- Une preExpérience dans l'industrie et dans la qualité
- Connaissances des Outils Qualité: 8D, QRQC et FTA
- Anglais niveau B1 ou +
- Forte orientation sur le terrain et sur les résultats
- Très bonne communication et interaction
