PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Systematic & Efficient handing over of trains from Manufacturing to Testing and ensure final Customer Acceptance as per contract
- Structure & Promote the Testing Métier
- Manage the T&C Teams on Site and on projects

Responsibilities:
- General understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensure that Customer Acceptance Criteria has been taken onboard by Engineering, Manufacturing, external Supplier and Components organization through/along with PrTCM.
- Ensure through/along with PrTCM that all the risks are identified early and ensure proper mitigation plans are put in place for the risks.
- Ensure Test & Commissioning facilities and Tools are suitable for the Testing activities.
- Manage the Skills and Resources to adapt test capacity to the forecasted workload.
- Handle Escalation from direct reports during the Test & Commissioning phase of the project.
- Ensure that Handing over process is defined and followed systematically and continuously reviewed and improved.
- Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with: Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team.
- Support the ownership, by the PrTCM, of the full customer acceptance plan (including components and subsystems).
- Define and deploy Strategy for the new T&C organization of the site.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES MP**Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
ETENCES
Mandatory:
- Minimum 810 years' experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation
- Minimum 23 years' management experience with more than 5 people with direct reporting
- Fluent in English language
- Minimum knowledge in finance (work package management, hourly rate, CAPEX (
Capital
Expenditure) investments,...) - Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
Competencies & Skills:
- Have a good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation,)
- Strong knowledge on Test & Commissioning processes
- Strong leadership; resultdriven mindset
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions )
- Ability for negotiation, problemsolving and efficient decisionmaking in complex environment
- Ability to work across sites/functions in a multicultural environment
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
