Reporting to the VP Investor Relations, the Investor Relations manager will:

Work among the IR team to design and execute a comprehensive, proactive financial communication program,
Be more specifically in charge of developing and improving investors' targeting, as well as actively contributing to the financial communication's deliverables of the IR department,
Interface with internal experts across the company and will be exposed to top management and externally interact with auditors, brokers and investors.

Together with VP Investor Relations, the IR manager continuously improves the relationship with the investors, namely:

Getting a detailed understanding of the existing investors panorama in all the key countries and cities,
Managing and constantly updating / improving the priority list,
Proposing and updating / adjusting the roadshow / conferences strategy for CEO / CFO and IR VP constantly trying to optimize their time spent,
Constantly improving Alstom's intimacy with investors aiming at maintaining an uptodate view of key contacts / decisionmakers within our target funds,
To achieve this, being in constant contact with all priority and target investors and developing relationship with ECM teams at all brokers to develop our understanding and knowledge of the investors landscape, reorienting / adjusting our meetings strategies and managing our demands to brokers while preparing roadshows / targeting trips / conferences,
Therefore, managing our investors base understanding through our CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management),
Collecting and providing an analysis of the feedbacks after roadshows (Frequently Asked Questions analysis, followup, ) and preparing synthesis for Top Management and Board through weekly / monthly IR reports and Board business updates
Managing regular investors perception studies,
Organizing and checking the regular shareholder surveys ("TPI") and preparing feedback to Management and Board,
Managing all actions dedicated to individual shareholding + link with employee shareholding management (with HR),
Benchmarking with other CAC40 / Cap Goods companies on both individual and employee shareholding aspects,
Investigating and proposing possible action plan to develop employee shareholding,
Managing relations with external providers of IR tools related to his/her scope of work,
Supporting IR Director in ESG day (as need be) preparation and in regular followup of ESG monitoring and KPIs + benchmarking with other companies,
Contributing to:
Alstom Investors Day presentations,
The periodic financial communication deck : press releases, investors presentations, Q&A, script (not exhaustive),
The Universal Registration Document production process,
IT weekly / monthly report with IR analyst.

Profile:

Master's degree in Corporate Finance and strong background in financial analysis / accounting / business understanding of Alstom or Rail industry or Longterm contracts businesses (Aeronautics / Defense, Construction or equivalent),
Minimum 8 years of experience either in Alstom or comparable corporate financial teams or from buy

- or sell-side analysts teams within Investors or Brokers companies.

Good command on financial modelling & analysis, on accounting & consolidation,
High analytical skills,
Strong commercial acumen to create longterm relationship with investors,
Fluent in English, written & oral, excellent drafting skills in English, other language a plus,
Operational effectiveness/Accountability/Extreme attention to detail,
Resultdriven attitude,
Curiosity for Alstom business.

Sous la direction du VP Relations Investisseurs, le titulaire aura la responsabilité de:

Travailler au sein de l'équipe IR pour concevoir et exécuter un programme de communication financière complet et proactif,

- Être plus spécifiquement en charge de développer et d'améliorer le ciblage des investisseurs, ainsi que de contribuer activement aux livrables de la communication financière du département IR,

Interfacer avec les experts internes de l'entreprise, être exposé à la direction et interagir en externe avec les auditeurs, les courtiers et les investisseurs.
