Engineering/Process Project Leader

Localisation:
Estrées-Saint-Denis (France)


The mission of the Process Project Leader will be:

  • Optimise the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiency
  • Develop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needs
  • Reduce the environmental impact of the production (reduce CO2 emission, energy and water consumption)
  • Lead projects and be accountable for the outcome
  • Cross functional collaboration with other teams

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Graduated in chemical engineering, polymer engineering or any related field of study
  • Experienced in polymers processing (extrusion, injection molding, expansion, foaming)
  • Statistical analysis capabilities
  • Advanced office user (including macro for office suite)
  • Proficiency in French and English. Czech is an advantage.
  • Curious, observational and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, having ownership, selfconfidence and taking initiatives
  • Excellent organization
  • Clear communication, encompassing diplomacy and directness
  • The ability to work on cross functional and European projects, willingness to travel in Europe
  • Projects management inclination
