Job Description:


Main objectives:


  • Support the coordination of the research and market studies for the Business Lines and Countries
  • Analyze the results and extract key learnings


Europcar Mobility Group is organized in 3 Business Lines, Leisure, Professional and Proximity, with defined customer use cases in each of them (Vehicle on demand, Fleet Services,).

Within the Business Line organization, in the Customer Intelligence Department, you will play a key role in centralizing customer research and helping to drive the future of the company by contributing to the improvement of our services offered in our
countries.


Support research and market studies for the Business Lines and Countries:
You will support the Customer Insights Manager in the coordination of Ad Hoc Surveys in all stages of the study's:

  • Setting up and monitoring the study (building the brief, planning follow-up, checking questionnaires,launching and field monitoring )
  • Define insights from Key learnings and extract actionable actions.
  • Create communication materials to highlight the key information (Writing of a summary note)

Develop customer knowledge and insights to better understand the mobility market and customer expectations:

  • Deep dive trends/ analysis, summarized existing study reports
  • Feed to the business teams with understanding of the market (syndicated market research recommendation)

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal: Business Lines, Business Analyst, Prod & Tech
  • External: Market research suppliers, Marketing agencies

Qualifications:


Previous:
experience Knowledge in Customer Segmentation, Customer Marketing, Market research. Strong analytical skills.


Education level / certificates:
Master degree in Business (Junior Entreprise participation will be appreciated)


Languages:
Fluent in English
