Providing technical and functional support to software users.
Analyzing and resolving reported issues from customers.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
Assisting customers in software configuration and optimal usage.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the software by analyzing user needs and suggestions.

Desired profile:

University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in software support or similar roles.
Technical knowledge of operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
