In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical and functional support to software users.
- Analyzing and resolving reported issues from customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Assisting customers in software configuration and optimal usage.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the software by analyzing user needs and suggestions.
Desired profile:
- University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in software support or similar roles.
- Technical knowledge of operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
