Within the Marketing department, you will join the Growth team. You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering team.Your missions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that combine outbound tactics and paid channels (e.g., PPC, display advertising, social media advertising).
- Deploy paid strategy in Silvr markets, adapting campaigns to local nuances and optimizing for regional success.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (ads and landing pages) to maximize ROI and achieve targeted conversion rates.
- Develop and implement an A/B testing optimization roadmap for paid acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B growth campaigns with a focus on outbound strategies and paid channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English and French (C1 at least in both languages).
