Job Requirements

The Job

  • Provides daily program management and team member guidance
  • Responsible for account performance, delivery levels, and set client expectations
  • Serves as key liaison between client and local suppliers


As a key core member of an Olympic Sponsor Client's hospitality activation program, The Olympic Project Manager will be required to perform an array of roles and functions within the program organization and help to build up the team as we move towards Games Time.


This position will be responsible to enhance the on-going planning, research and creation of the main hospitality scheduling and activities based on the needs of our client.


This position will also require negotiations with local suppliers, the contracting with such suppliers and the eventual billing to clients and the eventual contracting of key components within the program.


Essential requirements:


  • Creative problem solver with ability to manage difficult situations in a sometimes challenging and intense environment and offer valuable solutions.
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in agency and / or corporate. Experience on large scale hospitality or sporting events
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, and professional attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational, budget management and leadership skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on thoroughness, accuracy and follow up.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain grace and a professional attitude under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
