As Qontos first Head of GnAI you will lead AI turnaround at Qonto and help us become an AIfirst company You will report to Aymeric our CTO work closely with Steve our cofounder and be in touch with all the teams to detect and drive potential improvement and innovation You will have a strong impact on how most Qontoers work as well as on our product
As a Head of AI at Qonto your job includes:
Leading AI turnaround at Qonto: you will incarnate and lead Qontos transformation toward becoming an AIfirst company Defining the AI strategy: you will craft the plan with our CLevels and make it a part of everything we do at Qonto Overseeing and supporting: you will help with all GenAIrelated work at Qonto including but not limited to: building copilots for all functions developing inapp AIpowered features through enablers Keeping us uptodate: Make sure our GenAI practices are stateoftheart through continuous research and prototyping

About you:

AI Expertise:
You master GenAI technology and know how to apply it in realworld scenarios

Project Management Skills:
youre comfortable leading projects across different functions and are familiar with agile sprint methodologies You know how to work well in fastpaced and technical environments

Change Management:
You can manage and lead through change Youre able to convey complex GenAI concepts and get the buyin from a variety of stakeholders Strategy amp; Vision: You see the big picture and can develop a vision for the future that aligns with business objectives Ethics amp;

Compliance Awareness:
You are familiar with ethical considerations and the regulatory landscape of GenAI ensuring that all initiatives are developed and deployed responsibly
