Your Role


As a Product Data Analyst at Zenchef, you'll work closely with Product Managers to analyze and prioritize our users' needs and align the product roadmap accordingly.

You'll leverage your data expertise to identify key problems and suggest strategic solutions across different teams.


Key Missions

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to help them validate or invalidate their assumptions and hypotheses about the product through data analysis and experimentation.
  • Build the right funnels with the right metrics (examples: AARRR, Time To Value, etc.).
  • Define best practices in Product Analytics (processes, data interpretation).
  • Create decisionmaking tools and develop KPI dashboards to bring insights and provide recommendations.

What we're looking for

  • You have 23 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You're an SQL master, able to working on complex queries and optimizing them.
  • You have expertise with product analytics tools (such as GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude) and Business Intelligence tools (such as Metabase, Redash or Tableau).
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
  • You have a track record of driving impact and growth through datadriven insights, including measuring the impact of tests and new product features, defining and challenging KPIs, and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • You thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and enjoy staying uptodate with the latest trends and developments in data analytics and product management.
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)

You'll be our rockstar if

  • Your are comfortable with at least one programming language (ideally Python)
  • You have implemented an event tracking or behavioral analytics tool in the past
  • You've worked with BI tools such as Re:Dash and Metabase
  • You are a Food Lover, passionate about Food & Tech
