The Courcelles site (Paris 17) is looking for a
Purchasing Segment Leader - Aftermarket M/F (EUR/WW scope) to support the strong development of its activities.

Your challenges?

You define the purchasing strategy for your segments and, once it has been approved, you implement it; you identify and propose new suppliers to integrate in the panel according to business needs, and you will conduct the validation (EVAL) and contracting process.
You prepare and conduct the annual purchasing budget process for your segments within your scope, in particular you are in charge of annual or pluriannual negotiations.
You are responsible for the segment's Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) performance for the Valeo sites in your perimeter, for both series purchases and projects.
You are responsible for the supplier relationship management; You follow and carry out relevant analysis of the suppliers' KPIs, and implement the associated improvement plans.
You deploy the Group's sustainable development policy with your suppliers, and implement with them the appropriate roadmap to reach the defined objectives.
You are the Group Segment Director's representative for the sourcing process and you lead the Sourcing Committee for the Valeo sites within your scope.
You maintain close relations with the project buyers to ensure their buyin to the segment's strategy.

Let's talk about you

You have a Master's degree in Engineering in the field of automotive, mechanical, electrical or material sciences and / or a Master's degree specialized in Purchasing.
You have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in purchasing, preferably in trading purchasing, or in category management.
You have some initial experience in aftermarket and/or distribution activities (ie trade marketing).
Professional experience in an international environment is an added value.
You are known for your strong business acumen.
