Attached to the Content Design team and under the responsibility of the Head of Design (HOD), you will oversee the content design team, ensuring the vision and internal team acculturation to content design approaches.


Your mission:


  • Content Design Vision: Provide a clear vision to your team, aligned with the overall vision, business objectives, and user needs, to guide the creation of coherent and captivating user content.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and energize the content design team. This includes assisting in roadmap management, mentoring team members, promoting a collaborative work environment, and encouraging innovation within the team.
  • Interfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Design and Product teams to align the product vision, coorganize delivery cycles, and achieve team goals. Facilitate communication with departments such as Product, Tech, and Marketing to ensure a common understanding of Content Design objectives and maintain excellence in user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement of

Content Design:
Oversee and improve the Content Design process, from Discovery to Delivery. Continue to enhance our processes and define best practices of Content Design with other Leads and the HOD.

  • Evangelization of Content Design culture: Work on Content Design strategy with the HOD, Lead product designers, and Design Ops. Promote the Content Design culture within Accor, foster innovation and creativity within your scope.

Your responsibilities:


Integration of Content Design into the Product approach:

  • Build the vision, guidelines, and OKRs of content Design with the team;
  • Cobuild its OKRs and roadmaps with Design and Product teams;
  • Ensure the commitment and understanding of Content Designers towards the visions and objectives of their products;
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tech leads to break down team silos;
  • Identify and discuss crossfunctional synergies.

Delivery Quality:

  • Ensure that each content produced by your team is delivered on time and with the highest possible level of quality;
  • Facilitate content review sessions and ensure the proper place of content design in the delivery process;
  • Ensure the effective integration of Content Design into the Design System and that the user's perspective is always carried through the content;

Team Development and Excellence:

  • Supervise and help evolve the members of your team;
  • Organize retrospective sessions;
  • Implement personalized career tracking for each member;
  • Promote the culture of Design and Content within and outside of Accor.
Close collaboration with Lead Product Designers and the Digital Factory team:

  • Contribute to the integration of Content Design into the teams;
  • Share best practices;
  • Cocreate and continuously improve interactions and processes with Design Ops teams, and develop strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Qualifications
**_

And you?_**- Graduate of a top Engineering or Generalist Business School, with a focus on computer science or a specialized Master's degree in Design or Content Design.


  • Capable of working in a team and collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments.
  • Possessing strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present analyses and ideas in a clear and convincing manner to diverse audiences.
  • Mastering user experience design both strategically and operationally and able to explain Content Design principles to both expert and novice interlocutors.
