Description
The Sales Project leader (Vanprotech devision) is responsible for successfully working with his customer base.

Realizing the sales & project implementation, in which he provides the cell manager the calculations and the budget, based on customer specific requirements (QUO phase).

The Sales Project leader is also responsible for implementing (IMP phase) the project according to the agreed timing, cost price and the budget, all of this with a high quality level.


Sales and account management:


  • Is responsible for the preparation of the customer's specific requirements for their own customer base and making it available to the organization
  • Determines with cell leader for his own customer groups the sales targets and specific KPIs.
  • Acquisition of new projects by the completion of commercial contracts in order to continue developing the customer base
  • Is responsible for relationship management and advices how to retain customer satisfaction for VC Group.
  • Monitors the satisfaction of their own customer groups by offering good service and satisfying the customer.
  • Represents the customer within the organization and contributes to both the customer and the organization responsible for correct and clear information.
  • Monitors the proper handling of complaints.

Project management:


  • Project management contains consulting with the client and stakeholders about status/direction of the project, the composition of the team, the plan of action, the achieved progress, the judgment (on quality level) of the team members and reporting of the performance of the project to the project manager and other stakeholders
  • The administration of the project contains the responsibility of an updated PSO in Proserve (General Info, Calculation, Budget, Materials, Planning) and a complete project documentation that enables the team to provide themselves with the right information.
  • The Project leader is responsible for continuous evaluation and improvement of the way he approaches the team, so it guarantees a high performance team.
  • The Project leader is responsible for Project Portfolio Management of his own Portfolio, in consultation with the project manager and stakeholders.

Internal communication:


  • Is responsible for a transparent communication structure, to ensure that the project team members are well informed and motivated.
  • Informs the team members proactively and ensures a productive relation with the account manager and other stakeholders through regular updates and regular meetings.

Customer relationship:


  • The Project leader is responsible for monitoring the satisfaction of his own clients by offering good services and to make sure he meets the customer specific requirements together with the project team and the account manager.

Budget en finances:


  • The Project leader is responsible for providing the right cost prices and budget to the cell manager in the QUO Phase and after the nomination the project leader is responsible for implementing the project according to the agreed cost prices and budget in the IMP phase.

Contract length: 12 months


Salary: 3,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
