MISSION


Within our CRM sales transformation department & under the responsibility of the change leader, you will participate to the definition and implementation of the change and deployment strategy for our new CRM sales tool.


RESPONSIBILITIES


As a former pricer/sales/, you have a good expertise within the group, a good knowledge of current processes, organization and group culture.

You will be in charge of defining change story in line with change strategy: You participate to project workshops to assess and characterize changes in term of processes, organization and skills and determine the best actions to support the transformation (Diagnosis)


You participate to the definition of change methodology: you define the deployment and training methodology and build change and communication plans to make users allies. You create deployment kits, lead the implementation of the change action plan and carry out the associated reporting.

You conduct change impact analyses across all dimensions of the operating model on areas deployed.

Throughout the project you build and conduct change intervention: communication, training, capability building, put in place formal control mechanism to monitor process performance, role modelling


You Identify and manage regional stakeholders to raise awareness of the business need for change, manage expectations about the scope and timing of change, and promote understanding of what the change means to individuals and the way in which teams work.

You will be the ambassador of the CRM sales transformation you designed within the Group.

Being in close contact to the community of end-users and supporting them through the transformation of their way of working.

This entails a participation to the preparation and the execution of trainings, change management, deployment and hyper-care for a long lasting adoption.


PROFIL ET COMPETENCIES
Graduate experience (university, grande ecole), you already have a sales experience. You are creative, innovative and very curious. Skills in excel and project management would be an added value. Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required for this position.

Outstanding communicator who knows perfectly to inspire people of different levels for changes. Ability to communicate with many different publics & negotiate

Ability to work in a team oriented environment (with internal and external people) ensuring all key drivers of change are understood and integrated

Mastery and experience of 2 years minimum of the business of shipping

Good understanding of Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits and delivery

Ability to work in project mode in a multinational environment
