Job function SCALINX's Sales & Marketing is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Field Application Engineer who will contribute to the products and services definition and their promotion to leads and customers of SCALINX. In supporting the Sales network, he/she keeps the communication plan and technical advancement of the products.

Work description

Provide technical support to the Sales team in front of leads and customers of SCALINX.
Provide technical support to IC development and industrialization teams
Run products, services, market, and technology survey
Contribute to the sales team training on products and develop sales tools : product briefs, sales guide, demonstration HW and SW, etc.
Contribute to user guide definition for products designed by the SCALINX R&D team.
Provide support to customers for integration of SCALINX ICs into their system. Analyse customer's subsystems in order to optimize cost and
Contribute to developing the FAE team and coaching more junior profiles.
Support the R&D team for product specification definition, evaluation and industrialization of the ICs.
Contribute to ICs evaluation labs development and maintenance.
Drive technical problemsolving reported by customers.

Qualification and Experience

Very good Electronic and Microelectronic understanding to identify the progress of the competitors and the market needs for new products and use cases on day to day basis.
Strong technical background to exchange efficiently with R&D teams and ability to evaluate product feasibility from an early stage.
Good knowledge of marketing components : price, product, promotion, and distribution to support all steps from conception to sales.
Knowledge and understanding of project management phases : specification, requirements, planningdialog and followup efficiently with R&D
Ability to run efficient surveys to anticipate and identify trends, customer needs, and potential markets.
Good knowledge of
FPGA development flow to perform Prototyping
Fluent English
Stimulate teams and contribute to their training
Be creative, pragmatic, and concrete
Adapt and react quickly to changes, be proactive
Collect, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of information
Be service oriented and listen to customers
Demonstrate rigor and autonomy
