Your mission
2023 is a year of great ambitions for recruitment at BlaBlaCar, with 250+ positions to fill worldwide. In order to achieve this ambitious target, we are looking for an apprentice to support our growth. Our Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Engagement team is composed of 14 people, and truly international (9 nationalities).


Our team's mission is to attract and hire the right talents to support the growth of our business, with our culture and diversity at the center.

You will be responsible for the full hiring process cycle of junior positions & internships for Communications (Customer Service, Marketing, Brand etc.) and Product departments.


Your responsibilities:


  • Prepare and conduct briefs with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Support Talent Acquisition Managers in their active sourcing efforts
  • Closely collaborate with the People Ops Team to ensure smooth onboarding

Your qualifications:


  • Rigorous, great attention to detail, structured and organized
  • Curious and creative with a strong interest in recruiting
  • Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
  • Fluency in English, Any other language is a plus
  • Nice to have: first experience in recruitment
