Vacancy: Deputy Director of Leisure Reception - Vanves

The city of Vanves, with a population of 28,000 inhabitants located at the gates of Paris and to the south of Hauts-De-Seine, is looking for a Deputy Director of Leisure Reception.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team - Supervise and follow up on the team's fieldwork, manage team schedules and hours, evaluate and train animators, handle conflicts, participate in the recruitment of animators, and supervise and support BAFA trainees.
Teaching and Regulation - Implement the city's educational project, apply relevant regulations, write, implement, and monitor the educational project of the leisure reception, ensure child safety and well-being, and enforce rules and procedures.
Operation of the leisure reception - Write and implement operational projects for different reception times, handle administrative and budgetary tasks, organize meetings with staff and Education department, and act as director in the director's absence.
Activity planning - Offer a variety of activities, monitor and control animation projects.
Relationships with partners - Communicate, guide families, provide information on daily activities, collaborate with leisure centers, school directors, and other external partners.

Conditions:

Profile:

Qualified in BAFD, BPJEPS, DUT Social Careers, or equivalent.
Experience in leisure reception, teamwork, knowledge of current regulations, public service orientation, good organization, and computer skills.
