    Cousin COMPOSITES specializes in the spinning, reinforcement, assembly, impregnation and design of high-performance composite fibers:


    • Technical and multifilament yarns
    • Cable reinforcement rods (FRP)
    • Duct rods
    • Racket strings
    We are looking for a Sales Manager M/F on a permanent contract to strengthen and support our development

    Reporting to the CEO and member of the Steering Committee.

    Proactive, communicator and leader at heart, you have the technical background to manage the commercial strategy, carry out market studies and conquer new markets.


    MISSIONS:
    Define the commercial strategy in collaboration with general management

    Deploy the commercial strategy on the markets for which you have direct responsibility: manufacturers and installers of optical fiber cables, manufacturers of composite materials.

    Monitor the evolution of the P&L: determine the selling prices of our products, measure their profitability and implement actions adapted to the evolution of sales.


    PROFILE :

    • Engineering or commercial degree,
    • Proven experience of at least 7 years in the industry (ideally textile or composites), talent for commercial development acquired in a technical and international market.
    • Fluent English
    • "Hunter" temperament, prospecting drives you
    • Recognized for your relational and editorial skills, with good contact and "knowledge" adapted to key account clients.
    • Autonomous, tenacious and responsive to customer requirements.
    • Proactive, curious, attracted by the industrial world and technology
